A multi-story façade mural delivered for AvalonBay Communities in the Los Angeles Arts District, this work transforms an entire elevation with concentric color bands that form a striking architectural “eye.” The composition leverages the grid of windows as pixels, creating a landmark image that reads from street level and the downtown skyline.
Working closely with the developer and GC, our team led design development & colorways, site logistics and lift operations, and installation management—from substrate prep and coatings to QA/QC and turnover. The result is a durable, full-elevation installation that boosts leasing traffic, anchors the property’s identity, and amplifies social and press visibility for the community.
