Avalon Bay Arts District - Corner Wrap

AvalonBay Corner Wrap is a multi-story corner-wrap mural by artist duo Yanoe x Zoueh for a new AvalonBay Communities mixed-use development in Los Angeles. Engineered to weave around window bays, the artwork wraps the architectural reveal and extends along the retail frontage, transforming the building’s corner into a highly visible landmark. Our team delivered turnkey design–build and installation—from concept studies and color mockups to lift planning, safety compliance, and GC coordination.

The composition blends LA-sunset hues, neon-style typography, transit lines, and neighborhood architecture, creating a cinematic ribbon that ties together the residential entries and street-level storefronts. Durable exterior coatings with an anti-graffiti topcoat ensure long-term performance and easy maintenance.

The project demonstrates how curated facade art can activate leasing, improve wayfinding and curb appeal, and generate photogenic, shareable content that elevates brand perception for a private developer. The mural establishes placemaking for tenants and visitors while adding measurable value to the block.
